What's the deal with Lamar Odom?

What is up with Lamar Odom? If you are a person who follows the NBA or the Kardashians, then you know that LO has been acting weird as of late, and has apparently been using cocaine on the regular.

People started wondering what was going on with LO, who has been displaying out of the ordinary behavior and looking sad all the time.Finally someone spilled the beans on LO's weird behavior. He's been on Cocaine, not just all of sudden, but has been for months. Who does that anymore? I thought cocaine was a afterthought, but I guess everything makes a comeback...

Odom has had some issues in the past, but it looks like he's slowly turning into a coke head! I mean, I'm not saying that he is one at the moment, but it's headed in that direction. He is obviously tired of the Kardashian world and the way they go about their stressful lives (in a sarcastic voice) and tried weed, tried cheating on Khloe, played for the Clippers, but none of those seemed to work! So, he turned to a fix of Coke (not the delicious soda) to help him relieve some of that stress that comes with cameras and nagging questions about his wife and the entire family... But he chose all of this right? He did! He just didn't see what life would be like in a family that revolves around cameras and nonsense. He thought he was set, but misery loves company. Odom being the misery, while having the company of cocaine...

He probably thought it was a good idea, when he was with the Lakers being that they were and are always in the spotlight, but that time has come and gone. That's why the Lakers shipped him out for 9 million bucks! They basically sold him! It wasn't that Odom was a bad player, I mean, he was coming off his best statistical season of his career, and is the only Laker to win the 6th man of the year award in their history! But unfortunately Odom started accumulating baggage that was negative.

The Lakers, probably didn't want any of the Kardashian crew at their games or invading their suites with phony laughs... Odom didn't see the flaws of being married to a family that thrives in the spotlight. Odom is a calm, easy going guy, with a fun personality. He might of thought that he could fit in the spotlight, but that's not who he is. Maybe the Lakers knew that and got rid of him, before any of the Kardashian nonsense got to his head.

It's a sad story for one of the most unique and talented players in the NBA who was at one time compared to Scottie Pippen, but everyone makes choices in life. Odom didn't make choices that would benefit him in the long run. He's now surrounded by a cloud of accusations of doing cocaine, and not to mention without an NBA contract.

So, what's the deal with Lamar Odom you ask? He's a man on a path with no direction at this point, but hopefully he can find help from someone who will truly help him kick his addiction. Time will tell if Odom can bounce back and revive his basketball career, but if he doesn't get any help, then Hollywood may claim another who was a victim of the drug they call Cocaine... Peace...
